The activity of the regional offices is coordinated from our Minsk-based Headquarters, where we develop general and step-by-step strategies to achieve targets in sales, negotiations, supply management and in determination of short-, medium- and long-term price policy.
BPC Agrochemical Service manages the promotion of potash fertilizers for agricultural use and monitors the ever-changing needs of intermediate and end consumers in order to improve supply chains and the effectiveness of fertilizer application.
