BPC sends first potash to China via Northern Sea Route
Today, on the 5th of October, is the first time two vessels with Belarusian MOP arrived in China from Klaipeda via the Northern Sea Route (through the waters of the Arctic Ocean and then the Bering Strait).
The cargo delivery time on these vessels is 50% shorter versus the traditional route, and the freight cost is also significantly lower. This ambitious project emphasizes the desire of BPC to strive constantly to improve the quality of service, but, in addition – it contributes to the development of the global strategic initiative One Belt and One Road.
