Logistics

Logistics is one of the greatest strengths of BPC. Together with all parties of the supply chain – the producer, railways, ports, handling terminals and ship owners – we ensure the uninterrupted delivery of fertilizers to our customers.

Over the years of our work in the market, we have supplied Belarusian potash to almost 140 countries of the world, and we continue to develop new markets. Our main goal is to deliver goods in time, in proper quality and in a way convenient for the customer. To do this, we need a flexible, efficient and controllable logistic structure.

Timeliness

Our partners help us to solve all issues connected with the deliveries of potash fertilizers in a qualitative and timely manner. First of all, it is the producer of the products we supply – JSC Belaruskali – as well as ship owners and container lines, brokers, agents, stevedores in the ports of loading and discharge, forwarders and inspection companies, customs brokers, insurance companies. We maintain a constant contact with everyone and together have a keen sense of the pulse of our shipments. Belarusian potash is supplied in three main ways: by railroad to a destination station, by sea on bulk carriers as loose bulk cargo or in containers to destination ports.

Stable and steady supplies of Belarusian potash are ensured by a well-functioning logistics system, where links of the export chain function together: a producer, a seller, railways, a stevedore, a shipping agent, a broker, a ship owner and a buyer.

The delivery of BPC goods is carried out in three main ways: by rail directly to the destination station, by sea on bulk carriers and in containers directly to the ports of destination. From time to time, if it is necessary and economically feasible, small local deliveries in trucks can be carried out.
